The following is a general idea of what you would expect while working with us for custom requests. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all process because each of you is unique in your style, story, and needs. Hence, we offer our best customer service to accompany you in your planning and preparation journey. It will be a a collaborative experience, a joyful one.

1. CONSULTATION
Contact us by email, chat, phone, or order form to chat about your vision and mission for your celebration. You are welcome to view our portfolios for inspirations.
At this stage we will suggest a few options for package, design, and pricing.
If rush service or expedited service is required, we can discuss about the applicable timeline and charges.
2. ORDER & PAY
Once you are ready to proceed with your order:
For custom gift order, full payment is required prior to the start of the custom work. We will send you an Electronic Product Invoice (EPI) link.
For custom service such as event styling, planning, or coordination, a 20% retainer deposit is required to secure the commitment. We will work out a payment plan that best suits your needs and style for the remaining balance.
3. PRODUCTION
We will continue communicating with you by e-mail for matters such as proof-reading of any required written materials, revision of design details (up to 3 rounds of revisions), verification of check list, and other details applicable to your custom work order.
* For custom gift order, this collaborative process can take anywhere from 1-5 days. You are responsible for proof-reading and verifications. Once you are satisfied with your design, we require your email approval to start production. A gift order production could range from 1 to 14 days depending on its complexity. Rush service is available, please inquire for pricing.
4. READY
Now, the exciting part – the big reveal. We will notify you as soon as your order is completed, to arrange for shipping / pick-up / setup time.
* For custom gift order, shipping time is 3-5 days ($15 flat rate; free for order $100 and above) depending on distance. Rush shipping is available for extra charge. Please read our shipping guide.
