No. All products are tax free.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Flat rate $15 within Greater Toronto Area: Mississauga, Etobicoke, Maple, Concord, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Thornhill, Toronto, North York, Scarborough. Should this change we will issue a News notification.

Free shipping available for order $100 and above.

What are your shipping policies?

We deliver in person to assure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards (Should this change we will issue a notification)

We require Sender’s and Recipient’s correct and complete addresses, no P.O. boxes and RR#’s.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a confirmation email once product has been delivered.


What are your custom order policies?

Full payment is required for custom gift orders.

20% retainer deposit is required to secure a custom work order. The remaining balance will be paid according to the agreed payment plan.

Customers are responsible for proof-reading and verification of all design details. Customers must provide email approval prior to start of production.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Contact us to arrange for rush order at additional cost. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Anything I should pay attention to regarding your product?

Yes. Three things:

1. Our products are works of art, not toys. It may contain sharp pins or other objects that may post chocking hazards. Keep away from children and disassemble with care. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by negligence on user’s part.

2. Diapers absorb smell, so if you plan to use it as a centerpiece, consider putting it with the desserts like cupcakes.

3. Diapers absorb moisture so please store them in clean dry cool place once you disassemble the product.

What brand of materials do you use?

For diaper we only use Pampers and Huggies disposable diapers. As for baby products, we use well recognized brands e.g. Gerber, Disney, Carter, etc. They are hand picked to ensure quality. We do not buy from wholesale.

For towel we use exclusively Martha Stewart designer towels. We have had positive experience using Martha’s products in our daily life.

If you would like to use other brands, contact us. We will try our best to accommodate.

I heard diapers expire, should I just use the apparels and not the diapers?

No, People have called up Pampers and Huggies about expiry dates on boxes. The companies confirmed that those dates are for pricing revision, not an indication of the diapers integrity. However, diapers do absorb moisture so you need to store them in dry place. We put desiccant in our packaging to ensure dryness.
