Please provide complete and correct shipping address. Include unit/room number, phone number(s), and name.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes and RR#’s.

We discourage hospital delivery. New parents have enough to carry. They are still getting used to their new baby.

We recommend residential address.

We contact recipient for delivery arrangement unless instructed otherwise. For surprise gift, you are responsible for verifying recipient’s availability.

Luv Avenue is not responsible for delays due to wrong address or failed attempt. We have to charge you for additional deliveries.

Luv Avenue is not liable for any damage occurred once the product has been delivered.

Flat Rate Shipping around Greater Toronto Area

We charge $15 flat rate shipping for GTA. Shipping cost is calculated per order. Each order can consist of multiple items going to ONE shipping address.

Flat rate shipping takes 3-5 days for Gift Shop orders. Custom design orders are handled on a case by case basis. Contact us for more details

Note: Currently Luv Avenue GTA flat rate shipping covers the following areas. West (Mississauga, Etobicoke). North West (Maple, Concord, Woodbridge, Vaughan). Central (Toronto, North York, Thornhill, Richmond Hill). North East (Markham). East (Scarborough). Should this change in the future we will issue a News Notification.

We guarantee your orders will arrive perfectly. We deliver all orders personally. There are three top benefits to this. We are able to keep the hygiene and safety standards, especially for diaper cakes. We are able to educate recipients if they have not seen a diaper cake or a towel cake before. This Free Shipping option will automatically appear for any order over $100. Again, shipping cost is calculated by order, not by item. Hence, the more you buy, the more you benefit. Each order can consist of multiple items. However, all items must go to ONE shipping address.

Free Self Pick Up

Free Self Pick Up option is available to any order. Each order can consist of multiple items. Please enter “1 Promenade Circle, Thornhill, ON L4J 4P8” or “35 Square One Drive Mississauga ON L5B 1M2” as shipping address while placing your order.

Orders can be picked up at the following address: Promenade Mall (1 Promenade Circle, Thornhill, ON L4J 4P8) or Square One Mall (35 Square One Drive Mississauga ON L5B 1M2). Please contact us to arrange the pick-up time and place.

Shipping Beyond Greater Toronto Area

We do get orders beyond Greater Toronto Area from time to time. We use Canada Post parcel shipping for these orders. The rate and schedule vary by destination. Hence, we process them as custom design orders. You can read the guidelines on placing a custom design order here or contact us directly.
